Over the years we have made A LOT of shelves. Kitchen shelves, bathroom shelves, floating shelves and shelves with brackets. And all of those shelves were made with a whole lot of love, sanded to perfection and finished smoothly with oil or varnish. And then we thought, what if we give customers the option of a slightly less perfect shelf, that might have some bumps and cracks, feel a little bit rough here and there and have some knots? We would be able to make more shelves out of one tree, using the less perfect parts too and planing away less millimeters, and we would use less energy. Plus, we could make our shelves cheaper!
So, we’re introducing Eco Oak, better for the environment and for you wallet!
Eco oak still has that high quality that you can expect from us, it just looks more rustic and feels a little more rough. And it’s cheaper than our standard oak. You can calculate the price of your shelf and order through the form on our website.
